ExpandED Schools is a nonprofit dedicated to its mission of closing the learning gap by increasing access to enriched education experiences.
In collaboration with STEM Academy program leadership and community stakeholders, lead the curriculum revision for the STEM Educators Academy over the course of 10 months. This process involved exploring how to build out anti-racist and identity-affirming content in existing STEM curriculum in order to uplift marginalized students. As lead consultant, responsible for developing and executing the community co-development process, curriculum adaptation, materials creation and participatory planning process.
